Brenda Pennington

Brenda Pennington, Founder and CEO of B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is well known in the commercial real estate industry as a top producer. Brenda relies on her first-hand knowledge to successfully pair commercial properties with tenants and investors.

Working in four major Texas cities has given Brenda insight into the commercial real estate industry around the state of Texas. Her real estate career has included San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Houston. In San Antonio, she handle’s high rise office leasing for R&B Commercial Management out of California, Fort Worth where she represented the Bass Brothers Partnership in downtown, high-rise office leasing; Dallas, where she handle’s leasing in the Turtle Creek area and Dallas The West End Historic District downtown. The company is headquartered in Houston where Brenda currently resides and thrives.

She has a team of energetic professionals who are committed to representing Tenants, Buyers, Sellers, and Landlords. Brenda conducts business with a determined, results-driven attitude while enjoying each opportunity to serve her clients, share her expertise, and negotiate on behalf of national, regional, and local businesses. She offers her clients a competitive advantage with her extensive knowledge that comes from years of experience and is equipped to act as a true advocate on their behalf, insuring the best possible outcome for their negotiations. With such dedication, Brenda has leased and sold numerous income-producing transactions ranging from 1 million to 101 million dollars.

Brenda is the former president of the Association for Commercial Real Estate, A member of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, Faithbridge Church, Champion Forest Women’s Club, and a founder of the Houston Commercial Real Estate Broker Prayer Events bringing Christ to the workplace. Brenda is passionate about her community; the Cypress Creek Chapter of National Charity League, is a founding member and on the Advisory Board of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, has served on the Board of Directors for Care Net of Northwest Houston and Northland Christian School, and is Treasurer for The Women’s Business Forum of Houston.Brenda is Treasure for Texas state representative Kevin Roberts.

Brenda is a native of Tomball, Texas (Houston NW Suburb) and is married to William “Rodney” Pennington, a domestic consultant in the natural gas industry. They have a son, Shelby, with a family of his own and a daughter, Allison, who attends Baylor University. The family has a heart for Young Adults and regularly opens their home and additional properties as a place to learn and study God’s word.

Jaclynn Johnson Zimowski

Jaclynn, a graduate of Pepperdine University, has been a part of the B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate team for almost seven years. She is licensed in Commercial Real Estate and has a passion for working with people.

She grew up in the Spring Community and has moved back from Boston, where she held her first position working in Marketing and Merchandising at Tiffany & Co. She loves being back in Texas and working in the area. Jaclynn is married to Joseph Zimowski, and recently moved from the Galleria area to the Spring Community. Jaclynn and Joseph are dedicated members of Houston’s First Baptist Church and are involved in a Life Group Bible study class.

She currently enjoys working with Brenda Pennington and The Pennington Team on the Chasewood Crossing 30-acre master planned development which currently consists of two 6-story class A Office Buildings. These twin buildings have quickly become a landmark in the Technology Corridor. Jaclynn thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the day-to-day operations of B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate. She enjoys working with clients to find dream office space tailored to fit their needs.

Tara Ross

Tara is a people-oriented, customer-driven individual with a heart for commercial real estate. Her career in real estate began with Pennington in 2006. As the Director of Business Development, she helps clients and prospects find the office space that best fits their needs.

She grew up in El Paso, TX and moved to Houston after graduating from Baylor University.

Tara demonstrates a history of diligent work and care for Pennington’s clients. She has been married to her husband, Kevin, for almost 20 years and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys sitting down with a good book and spending time with her family.

Allison Pennington

Allison Pennington, Social Media Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate, attends Baylor University. Allison is a Pre-Business student with a focus on Finance and Accounting. She has a 3.95 GPA, is a member and Panhellenic representative of Kappa Kappa Gamma, member of The Baylor Investment & Advisory Club, and is involved in Baylor Buddies and Baylor Business Women.

Allison loves any opportunity to work Special Event, Community Projects with the Pennington Team and keep the Social Media up-to-date.

Dana Khan

Dana Khan

Dana is a licensed Realtor, representing clients in the greater Houston area and Gulf Coast region since 2013. She joined the B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate team in 2019 and enjoys working with commercial buyers and sellers.

Dana is also the founder and managing partner of ELECTA Group, an international group based in Houston and Dubai, UAE, offering experienced services in project management, event management, and model management. She and her team coordinate and choreograph fashion shows and create events of all sizes, worldwide.

Dana has served on several corporate boards including Bethesda Health Clinic, Texas Executive Women's Network, Natural Gas Society of Texas, Louisiana Governor Foster's Energy Board, and Boys & Girls Clubs. She is a graduate of Leadership Texas and was a Loaned Executive for United Way-Oil & Gas Division.


She is a member of Houston Women’s Council of Realtors, Champion Forest Women’s Club, and The Junior League of Houston. She is also a passionate volunteer for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Krystal Wolfe

Krystal’s career in real estate began in 2009, where she fell in love with the fast paced nature of the business and networking with clients. Krystal considers herself a lifelong learner and is always looking for new ways to challenge herself. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2008 and has also spent some time working in the non-profit sector. During this phase of her career, Krystal spent many years helping lead teams focused on compliance and quality management. It was during this time that Krystal decided to return to school to earn her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. She completed her MSOL program in 2016 and has enjoyed utilizing this knowledge base by helping her teams analyze and solve complex situations, engage in a systems thinking approach to aid in process improvement, and ensure the organizational operations are running efficiently.

Krystal joined B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate in 2019 as the Executive Director of Operations and helps oversee the firm’s back office processes, including proposal writing, RFP responses, contract negotiations, Lease executions and financial operations. Krystal recently moved from California to Texas with her husband and two young children, so a majority of her spare time is spent discovering all the wonderful things Houston has to offer!

Bianca Jane Esqueda

Bianca is the Executive Assistant for Pennington Commercial and focuses on providing support services for the entire team. She describes the Pennington culture as her ultimate dream job.

Bianca graduated from Gonzales High School in Gonzales, Texas and attended Houston Community College where she received her Accounting - Payroll Specialist Certification. After some practice in Accounting she decided to change her career to Real Estate. She set out to take the TREC required courses and is currently preparing for the State Exam to obtain her Texas Real Estate Agent license in early 2020.

Bianca describes herself as a small town girl with worldwide dreams. Her relatives in her Hometown of Gonzales, inspire Bianca to pursue and create unlimited opportunities in Houston. In her free time, she enjoys building websites, making YouTube videos, helping people to strive to be their best, and spending time with friends and immediate family in Houston.
