Brenda Pennington

Brenda Pennington, Founder and CEO of B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is well known in the commercial real estate industry. Brenda has relied on her first-hand knowledge to successfully pair office buildings with tenants and investors since 1979. In her earliest beginnings, Brenda began her real estate practice right out of college, living through the soft Texas market throughout the 1980’s, and has committed her life’s work to serving her clients for nearly three decades.

Working in three major Texas cities has given Brenda insight into the commercial real estate industry around the state of Texas.  Her real estate career has included Fort Worth, where she represented the Bass Brothers Partnership in downtown high-rise office leasing; Dallas, where she handled leasing in the Turtle Creek area and The West End Historic District downtown; and Houston, where Pennington's headquarters are located.

She has a team of energetic professionals who are committed to representing Tenants, Buyers, Sellers and Landlords. Pennington is involved in many of the new landmark buildings in the Northwest area, specializing in office leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition. Brenda conducts business with a determined, results-driven attitude while enjoying each opportunity to serve her clients, share her expertise, and negotiate on behalf of national, regional, and local businesses. She offers her clients a competitive advantage because of her extensive knowledge that comes from years of experience and is able to act as a true advocate on their behalf, insuring the best possible outcome for their negotiations. With such dedication, Brenda has leased and sold numerous income producing properties ranging from 1 million to 101 million dollar transactions.

Brenda is dedicated to her community and is actively involved with the Cypress Creek Chapter of National Charity League, is a founding member and on the Advisory Board of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, has served on the Board of Directors for Care Net of Northwest Houston and Northland Christian School, and is Treasurer for The Women's Business Forum of Houston. Brenda’s other community involvement includes work with Cypress Creek Cultural District, the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, Faithbridge United Methodist Church, the Champion Forest Women's Club, and founding the NW Houston Commercial Broker Prayer Breakfast bringing Christ to the workplace.  Brenda is also the former president of the Association for Commercial Real Estate.

Brenda is a native of Tomball, Texas and is married to William "Rodney" Pennington, a domestic consultant in the natural gas industry.  They have a son, Shelby, with a family of his own and a daughter, Allie, who attends Baylor University. The family has a heart for teenagers and regularly opens their home so teenagers have a place to learn and study God's word.
